Delete in GoodRhythm
Sign in, open Profile → Privacy & account, choose Delete account and confirm. This revokes access and starts cleanup of your private records/images. If you cannot sign in, contact support from the account email so ownership can be checked. Do not include passwords, PINs or wellness records. Requests cannot delete another person's account.
What account deletion removes
The deletion workflow removes your GoodRhythm account, profile, preferences, saved plans, commitments, tasks, workouts, meals, recipes, progress, reflections, coaching memory and conversations, selected AI report text, private images, and your Circle posts/comments/reactions. It revokes sessions and removes device registrations. Other people’s independent copies, downloads and screenshots are outside this cleanup.
Retention, export and deletion
You can inspect, edit and delete coaching memory separately. Profile → Privacy & account offers export and account deletion without payment. Deletion revokes access immediately; private files and remaining account resources are cleaned up through the deletion workflow. Limited cost/security records and deletion safeguards may remain to prevent replay or restoration of deleted accounts. Deletion safeguards are kept until every retained recovery backup that could restore the account has expired; there is no automatic deletion deadline for the minimal financial/security records. These can include identifiers linked to your account; they are not necessarily anonymous. Provider backups/logs may have their own retention; no unverified cleanup deadline is promised. An exported file is under your control.
